Welcome to your Group Portal page. From this page you can submit your Group Roster list and Adult Sponsor form. You are in charge of submitting the group roster forms (Child & Sponsor). There should only be 1 list per form per church. Please only submit your rosters when your camper registration is closed. The bottom of the page contains links to the Individual Registration form and Medical form. Copy these links and email them to the parents or guardians of the kids coming to camp. A Medical form needs to be filled out ONLY if parents are bringing ANY kind of medication with their child.
List ALL ADULTS attending (sponsors/chaperones/drivers).
List ALL MINORS attending with your group.
